These Terms of Use apply to prettyluna.com and to Vanessa’s letters sent by email (together, the “service”). The service is provided by Steeplechase, LLC., 2139 N University Dr PMB 3035, Coral Springs, FL 33071 (“we”, “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Adults 21 and over only
You must be at least 21 years old, and old enough to view adult material where you live, to use the service. By signing up you confirm that you are. If you are not, do not use the service.
Adult content
Vanessa’s letters are written for adults. They use frank, sensual language about desire and intimacy. You receive them only because you asked for them: you signed up, ticked the 21+ box and confirmed from your own inbox. Do not sign up anyone else, and do not forward the letters to anyone under 21.
Vanessa is an AI character
Vanessa is an AI persona and the virtual sibling of a real woman. A real woman is always behind her. Her looks, voice, writing and deliveries come from that woman. Vanessa’s goal is entertainment and companionship.
The letters are written in Vanessa’s voice and are part of the experience. They are fiction for entertainment. All characters in the letters are adults. Nothing in the letters is a real meeting, offer to meet, or promise of a relationship in the real world.
The letters are free
Vanessa’s letters by email are free. A paid founding membership may be offered later, inside a letter. It is always optional. If you choose it, it is a separate purchase made on a separate membership site, under its own terms, including its price, automatic renewal and how to cancel.
What you send us
When you reply to a letter, tap a choice, or answer a question, you let us use what you send to personalize your letters. Please do not send:
- anything involving anyone under 18, or anyone who has not agreed to be included;
- anything illegal, threatening or hateful;
- other people’s private information, or your own sensitive information such as passwords or financial details.
We may stop sending letters to anyone who breaks these rules.
Unsubscribing
You can stop the letters at any time with the one click unsubscribe link in every email.
Not professional advice
The service is entertainment. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or relationship advice. If you are in crisis or need help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
Our content
The letters, audio, images, names and designs on the service belong to us or our licensors. They are for your personal use only. Do not copy, publish, sell or share them.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that letters will arrive at any particular time, or that the service will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Steeplechase, LLC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim about the free service is limited to 100 US dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
